GLÖGG: Mulled Wine Extract (120ml)

Glögg (aka mulled wine) is a popular Scandinavian drink and traditional concoction throughout winter, especially over Christmas. This bottle of Glögg extract is ready to mix with a bottle of dealcoholized red wine; prepared fresh on your stovetop and ready to welcome the season.

Step 1
Pour a bottle of wine (75cl or 1L) with a bottle of our GLÖGG extract into a pot.

Step 2
Add the equivalent of 6 tablespoons white sugar (or honey / maple syrup / stevia).

Step 3
Heat on medium until simmer (DO NOT GO UP TO BOIL).

Step 4
Mix well, taste, and add sugar if necessary.

Step 5
Add a mixture of raisins and blanched almonds in the bottom of the small cups.

Step 6
Pour the mulled wine into the cups. Enjoy!
