Mash Gang: Serpiente Tepache Pale Ale

Months before Mash Gang even had a name, their first home brew project was Tepache. A beautiful Mexican staple home ferment made from Pineapple rind, no tepache? No Mash Gang!

This here is a crazy tepache inspired pale ale. All the joy of a juicy IPA with the novelty of sour Pineapple, spicy chilli and a background of brown sugar and subtly mixed spice. Something completely different. Enjoy with a dash of Tajin.
